What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Your Own Community: As the Administrator, you will be the heart of the facility, overseeing all operations, resident care, and ensuring the highest standards of service are consistently met.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a compassionate team of caregivers, ensuring they deliver the best care possible. You’ll build a positive, collaborative environment that empowers your team to thrive.
  • Resident Care and Wellness: Oversee medication management, assist with care plans, and provide hands-on care when needed. You’ll ensure that every resident receives the personalized care they deserve.
  • Engage with Families: Maintain open communication with family members, providing regular updates and offering reassurance about the care their loved ones receive.
  • Drive Operational Success: Manage daily operations, including staffing schedules, regulatory compliance, and facility maintenance, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

  • QMAP Certification and at least 2 years of senior care experience.
  • Experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
  • A compassionate, patient, and positive attitude, with a genuine passion for enhancing the lives of seniors.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to guide your team and maintain smooth facility operations.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
