Artisan Carpenter / Craftsman

Location: Louisville KY ON-site | Full-Time | Competitive Pay & Benefits 

Hawthorn is redefining luxury presentation— designing and building artisan bar carts, custom drink rituals, and high-end food & beverage display pieces for some of the world’s most prestigious brands.

Our build team is growing fast , and we’re looking for a highly skilled, detail-oriented craftsman to help us create exceptional, one-of-a-kind products. If you have a passion for precision, a deep knowledge of woodworking, and an ability to bring intricate designs to life, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Craft high-end, custom pieces with extreme attention to detail .
• Work with various materials including wood, veneer, and specialty finishes.
• Operate shop tools including table saws, band saws, mitre saws, joiners/planers, routers, and general woodworking tools.
• Problem-solve through unique design challenges and fabrication needs.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure flawless execution of custom builds.

What You Bring

• Expert craftsmanship with a background in fine carpentry, cabinetry, or furniture making.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Ability to execute precision work while meeting tight deadlines .
• Experience working in a high-end fabrication or custom-build environment.
• A team-first attitude —we’re building something special, and collaboration is key.
• Plate spinning and multi tasking is essential

• Experience with CNC machines & laser fabrication .
• Knowledge of 3D modeling software (Fusion 360, Rhino, or similar) .
