Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & Manage Branch Operations: Ensure efficient and profitable branch performance.
• Sales & Business Development: Develop a strong sales cycle, expand client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives and support staff.
• Performance Management: Hold staff accountable for achieving productivity targets.
• Talent Acquisition: Recruit and onboard top talent to maintain a strong internal team.
• P&L Management: Maintain budgets and optimize profitability while ensuring branch success.
• Customer & Candidate Experience: Deliver exceptional service to clients and job seekers, fostering long-term partnerships.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Leadership Experience: 1+ years in a management role OR completion of in-house leadership training.
• Sales & Business Development Expertise: 5+ years of experience in business, with a strong track record in sales and client relations.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Previous commission-based compensation experience is a plus!
• High-Energy, Results-Driven Attitude: Passion for driving success, solving problems, and exceeding goals.
