All candidates must have an interest in Italian cuisine, a passion for excellence, and a natural inclination toward organization, precision, and eloquence. Our service style requires that all our employees concern themselves, first and foremost, with the needs of our guests on every level. No detail is too small. From the moment you greet a guest, you represent us in your voice, attentiveness and actions. Captains are responsible for taking ownership over the guest experience to exceed expectations and maintaining a commitment to curating meaningful guest experiences. We work with a very small team, in a pooled system.
Job Requirements:
Compensation: Minimum wage plus percentage of 20% service charge.
