Job Description

Job Summary: Right at Home, a trusted leader in the in-home care industry, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/Companions to join our team in North Charleston, SC. As a member of our team, you will provide quality personalized care and companionship to our clients in their homes. This is a full-time, hourly position in the healthcare/medical field, with a competitive compensation rate of $12 to $14 per hour. Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:

• Provide non-medical care and companionship to clients in their homes
• Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
• Engage in meaningful conversation and activities with clients
• Monitor and report any changes in client's physical, mental, or emotional well-being
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client care
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the Right at Home team

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in care giving, preferably in a home care setting
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
