Job Roles:

  • Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
  • Provide information and pricing about products and services
  • Document and update client records based on interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance client satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-year customer service experience in an office role; customer service experience with a lawn maintenance, irrigation, or pest control company is strongly preferred
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers is essential for maintaining accurate records
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
