Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

• Utilize programming skills alongside ERP and SDK tools to deliver tailored solutions both inside and outside the software ecosystem.
  
• Design and validate customizations, BPM workflows, Crystal Reports, SSRS Reports, and data queries with precision and accuracy.
  
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for any client software modifications in line with company protocols.
  
• Oversee a queue of tickets and tasks, ensuring adherence to deadlines and project milestones.
  
• Conduct hands-on classroom training sessions for end-users on Microsoft SSRS, Crystal Reports, and other technical tools within the Epicor environment.
  

Additional Duties:

• Diagnose issues, evaluate potential alternative solutions, and implement the most effective resolutions.
  
• Keep daily timesheets and expense reports up to date, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  
• Perform other tasks as assigned based on business needs.
  

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in C# or VB.NET (Intermediate to Advanced).
  
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and/or Progress Databases (Intermediate level).
  
• Foundational knowledge in Crystal Reports development and Microsoft SSRS Reporting.
  
• Experience with Progress ABL code and/or Microsoft LINQ is advantageous.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  
• At least four years of programming experience with Microsoft .NET technologies.
  
• Familiarity with the Epicor application suite is a plus.
  

Work Environment:

• Operate office equipment and computer systems efficiently.
  
• Maintain composure under pressure and in high-stress scenarios.
  
• Perform administrative tasks associated with this role as required.
