Job Description

• Consistently offer professional friendly and engaging service ensuring the Raffles brand positioning personality service culture and values are personified at all times. 
• Assist the Director of Housekeeping to ensure all brand service compliance and department standards & procedures are followed.  
• Oversee the housekeeping department to ensure the hotel facilities are maintained clean sanitary and in orderly condition. 
• Ensure the daily inspection of guest rooms are ready for occupancy in the highest standards. 

Qualifications :

• Experience in a Luxury Hotel Housekeeping leadership capacity. 
• Minimum 2 years of luxury hotel experience 
• Strong guest service orientation.
• Proven ability to guide and coach team members.  
• Work Authorization in the U.S. without VISA sponsorship
