Acara Solutions is hiring for multiple positions and will be hosting events over the next 2 weeks with Ichor in Sauk Rapids, MN!

TIG WELDER:

Here's what you will receive: 

Pay: $18.61 - $25.14 DOE + shift differential

Duration: Direct Hire

Schedule: Weekend, 7am-7pm, Fri-Sun

Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned:

• Programming, set-up and running of various welding machines to include hand welding, using a TIG welder and orbital welding using an orbital welding machine of stainless steel and other high purity materials.
• Demonstrate the ability to perform mechanical set-ups and changeovers for all welding operations.
• Execute all of Ichor's Standard Operating Procedures as they pertain to manufacturing related duties.
• Responsible for the study of prints, drawings and specifications to complete finished welds and lay out of tasks using specialized computer welding equipment. 
• Proficiently use all approved hand gauges to inspect component quality at the work center.
• Work as a team member to aid others in upholding and maintaining departmental standards including quality goals and on-time delivery goals.
• Demonstrated Ability to process and inspect work in accordance to prints. 
• Ability to perform a sequence of operations, consistently maintaining the performance level set for quality and quantity.
• Collaborate with Engineering to develop advanced welding processes.
• Understand and execute Ichor's safety rules and regulations to prevent unsafe set-ups, operations, or acts, which may cause injury to self, others or the environment.

Machine Operator:

Here's what you will receive: 

Pay: $18.61 - $23.18 DOE + shift differential

Duration: Temp to Perm

Schedule: Weekend, 7am-7pm, Fri-Sun

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload, clean, and inspect parts
• Maintain production records
• Perform complex setups and operate mills, lathes, and routers to machine flat and formed parts to inch and metric specifications
• Read and interpret engineering drawings
• Evaluate and justify new tooling and machining processes
• Identify deviations in schedules, shop orders, established procedures, blueprints, and specifications that may interrupt productivity
• Maintain logs and other necessary documents
• Determine the sequence of operations when necessary
• Perform first article inspections when necessary
• Assist others with machining problems
• Work independently with moderate supervision

Machinist:

Here's what you will receive: 

Pay: $16.73 - $22.60 DOE + shift differential

Duration: Temp to Hire 

Schedule: 2nd shift, 3pm-1am Mon-Th u

Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned:

• Perform complex setups and operate mill, lathe , and/or router to machine flat and formed parts to an inch and metric specifications
• Read and interpret engineering drawings
• Evaluate and justify new tooling and machining processes
• Work from schedules, shop orders, established procedures, blueprints, and specifications to identify deviations that can potentially interrupt productivity
• Maintain logs and other necessary documents
• Determine the sequence of operations when necessary
• Perform the first article of inspection when necessary
• Assist others with machining problems
• Work independently with moderate supervision 

Material Handler 

Here's what you will receive: 

Pay: $16.73 - $22.60 DOE + shift differential

Duration: Direct Placement 

Schedule: 2nd shift, 3pm-1am Mon-Th u

1st shift: Monday-Friday 7am to 3pm 

Pay Range: $17-$22 an hour based on experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned:

• Inventory management - ensuring that all materials are documented accurately in the inventory management system.
• Receives, issues, and delivers materials/product to the production area as needed
• Manage Storage, Delivery and Ordering of Kanban assigned items
• Storage of materials/products on shelves and in racking
• Communicate with co-workers in various departments to ensure accuracy of material delivery
• Cycle counting
• Data system transactions

Job Requirements

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• Experience working in high-purity clean room environment.
• Certification in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing preferred.
• Aptitude or understanding of Talon products, systems and UHP industry so as to successfully perform duties.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
