We’re on the lookout for an experienced Körber WMS Admin to ensure our systems run flawlessly. About the Role

In the role of Körber WMS Admin, you will be the go-to expert for maintaining and optimizing our Körber WMS systems. Your mission is to ensure peak system performance, troubleshoot issues, and support our diverse teams in streamlining operations. Your keen attention to detail and technical expertise will be key to our ongoing success in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Key Details

  • Location: On-site at our Haslet, TX facility with a potential hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
  • Contract Duration: 6 months (contract-to-hire)

Key Responsibilities

  • Issue Resolution: Quickly address and resolve WMS functionality and performance issues to minimize disruptions.
  • Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with warehouse and IT teams to troubleshoot system bugs, data discrepancies, and integration challenges.
  • Testing & Documentation: Define test cases, manage user acceptance testing, and utilize tools like Jira for effective issue tracking.
  • Performance Monitoring: Oversee system performance, manage user access controls, and generate SQL reports for operational insights.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to ensure best practices in system usage across the team.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes and troubleshooting protocols.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a WMS support role with familiarity in platforms such as Körber, HighJump, Manhattan, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
  • Proficiency with issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and SQL-based reporting.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field and experience with additional WMS platforms.
