Your New Role

As the Project Manager at Insulation Commandos of Omaha, you will:

• Lead the Team : Supervise insulation laborers, assign tasks, and maintain project efficiency.
• Hands-On Expertise : Perform and oversee insulation installation, removal, radiant barrier installation, air sealing, and other related tasks.
• Train and Support : Guide team members in quality workmanship, safety protocols, and industry standards.
• Project Coordination : Organize schedules, manage material deliveries, and ensure projects are completed on time.
• Quality Control : Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and proper installation techniques.
• Problem Solving : Address and resolve challenges effectively during project execution.
• Documentation : Keep accurate records of project progress, materials, and team performance.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in insulation or a related field.
• Must pass a background check and DMV check.
