Salary/Pay Rate: $45.13 to $50.15 an hour

Job Description:

This is an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team, leading strategic loyalty marketing campaigns and initiatives focused on increasing acquisition, engagement & retention for the loyalty program (U.S. only). This role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders (Brands, eCommerce, Email, Media, Creative, Operations, Customer Service, Global Payments, IT, Customer Insights & Analytics) and external loyalty credit card partner (Synchrony Financial) to drive customer loyalty and lifetime value through data driven marketing initiatives.

Responsibilties:

  • Lead the roll-out of updated sign packages across five different brands, ensuring each sign package is tailored to the unique branding, component differences, and specific needs of each brand.
  • Strategize on how best to adapt the signage to each brand's in-store experience, while keeping the goal of driving program acquisition and keeping the program top of mind for existing members.
  • Support marketing initiatives related to new IT projects, ensuring smooth communication, timely updates, and seamless integration of any IT-driven initiatives that impact the loyalty program or marketing activities.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders across brands, including marketing, creative, operations, IT and others to ensure alignment and progress on ongoing projects.
  • Lead and support the coordination of marketing projects from inception through execution, ensuring that timelines are met, and deliverables are on target.
  • Provide updates on project status, address concerns, and ensure that all parties are informed and aligned throughout the process.
  • Keep the manager updated on day-to-day activities and provide clear, concise updates on project status.
  • Maintain transparency while having the ability to independently manage tasks and keep projects moving forward.
  • Present a strong attention to detail ensuring all materials and assets are reviewed and meet brand standards and expectations.
  • Handle multiple projects at once while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing, project management, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills to work across brands and departments.
  • Experience working with creative agencies and providing feedback on creative work.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, results driven and Self-directed with the ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and keep things moving forward.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with marketing materials, signage, and branding elements.
  • Knowledge of retail industry is a plus but not required

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45.13 to $50.15 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
