Job Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of tasks in a manufacturing environment, primarily assisting with the filling and packaging of reagents in a fast-paced setting.
• Collaborate as part of a team; strong attendance and adaptability to change are essential.
• Follow all company, site, and department procedures.
• Accurately read and follow process documentation in English.
• Record information correctly in documentation, ensuring full compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO standards.
• Perform daily housekeeping duties for production areas and equipment.
• Maintain up-to-date training records and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate motivation to learn simple and more complex processes, gaining experience and building skills over time.
• Follow strict safety standards and work instructions, including wearing personal protective equipment.
• Identify and implement process improvement projects using Lean techniques.
• Report any Safety, Quality, or production issues immediately to the appropriate team or authority.
• Have the authority to stop the production line and notify the appropriate personnel for any safety, quality, or production concerns.
• Support and sustain 5S activities in the manufacturing areas.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work overtime as required.
