Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing Communications Manager to serve as the central hub for all marketing efforts. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will centralize and align the efforts of our diverse marketing team, including social media staff, interns, influencer specialists, and affiliate marketing employees, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication across all platforms. The ideal candidate will actively participate in team meetings, manage various platform operations, manage the team’s efforts, and communicate updates and content needs to the Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and unify efforts across all marketing team members to ensure consistency and collaboration.
• Actively participate in team meetings to understand each platform’s operations and contribute to strategic planning.
• Manage the performance and output of social media, influencer, affiliate, and intern teams.
• Serve as the primary point of communication between the marketing team and the Paid Marketing Manager, relaying updates and actionable insights.
• Oversee the creation, review, and delivery of content, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• Support the execution of multi-channel campaigns, working with various stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, offering recommendations for improvement based on analytics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing communications or a related role, preferably in e-commerce.
• Exceptional organizational and team management skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to relay information effectively between teams.
• A collaborative mindset with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
