Role Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will oversee the effective utilization of recruitment marketing materials and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to attract top talent. In this role, you will ensure that all recruitment marketing efforts maintain brand integrity while supporting the achievement of our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will excel at managing multiple tasks, maintaining meticulous attention to detail, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance our recruitment processes. By leveraging innovative sourcing strategies and optimizing the use of marketing materials, you will play a crucial role in building a strong talent pipeline and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the team: Work closely with the recruitment and marketing teams to manage the distribution and utilization of recruitment marketing materials for talent acquisition campaigns. This includes overseeing the creation and deployment of online job advertisements, social media assets, and collateral for career fairs and other recruitment events.
Establish quality control processes: Develop and implement robust quality control processes to ensure the creation and distribution of recruitment marketing materials meet high standards of accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment. This will involve regular reviews and updates to maintain the effectiveness of these materials.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies: Create and implement innovative and targeted sourcing strategies designed to attract top talent. Utilize a variety of approaches, including digital marketing, social media outreach, and networking, to reach potential candidates effectively.
Partner with the HR team: Collaborate with the HR team to ensure that sourcing strategies are aligned with the organization's hiring needs and priorities. This partnership will help ensure that recruitment efforts are focused and effective in meeting the company's talent acquisition goals
Identify creative marketing needs: Assess and identify the creative marketing needs for recruitment campaigns. This includes brainstorming and proposing new ideas for marketing materials, campaigns, and strategies that can enhance the organization's ability to attract and engage potential candidates.
