Marketing Coordinator – Yonutz
Yonutz is looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to take charge of our marketing efforts, ensuring seamless coordination between marketing and operations. This individual will be responsible for keeping all projects on track, ensuring deadlines are met, and making sure teams and franchisees are well-informed and aligned with our marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
• Project Coordination & Organization: Oversee all marketing initiatives, ensuring projects are executed on time and aligned with company goals. Keep operations and marketing teams in sync.
• Marketing Calendar Management: Stay ahead of trends, holidays, and promotional opportunities, ensuring Yonutz is always ahead of the curve.
• Marketing Materials & Content Creation: Develop engaging marketing pieces, documents, and visuals that adhere to brand standards.
• Social Media Oversight: Support social media efforts, ensuring consistency and brand alignment across platforms.
• Franchisee Communication: Keep franchisees informed about marketing efforts by creating clear, colorful, and brand-aligned documents.
• Idea Generation: Provide creative input on marketing strategies while prioritizing execution and coordination over ideation.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience in marketing coordination, preferably in retail or franchise businesses.
• Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
• Ability to design and create marketing documents that adhere to brand guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills to relay marketing efforts clearly to teams and franchisees.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate marketing needs and industry trends
