Medical Assembler II/Technician
Location: Lake Zurich, IL

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$20-26/hr
Shift Information:
1st Shift: 6am-2pm, Monday through Friday
2nd Shift: 2:30pm-10:30pm, Monday through Friday
This is a permanent, contract-to-hire position w/ benefits. Experienced candidates encouraged to apply, pays based on experience!

What’s a typical day as a Medical Assembler/Technician? You’ll be:
Following quality system and all applicable SOPs
Producing components, subassemblies, or final assemblies with minimal supervision
Performing in-line checks and utilizing hand tools such as calipers and rulers
Conducting in-line product testing on subassembly and finished products
Identifying and communicating defects to supervisor or engineer
Operating a variety of equipment including adhesive dispensers, UV cure, vertical shrinker, braider, tipping machines, and molding equipment
Performing daily, weekly, and monthly CER cleaning for individual stations
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have experience in a similar role within the medical device manufacturing industry
Experience with Calipers, Micrometers, Scalpels, Soldering Iron, Tweezers, and Microscopes
