Looking for medical call center representative for a temp to hire opportunity with a fantastic culture driven company in Sacramento! This is a Monday - Friday position, 8am-5pm with an opportunity for hybrid once fully trained. This position is responsible for:
-responding to member inquiries related to their healthcare coverage
-handling appeals and grievances according to department procedures and protocol
-assisting members and brokers with claim related billing inquiries
-assisting emotional/distressed customer call ins while adhering to company guidelines
Looking for someone with at least one year of experience in a call center environment, experience with HMO is a plus!
