Are you a passionate, licensed Mental Health Counselor looking to make a positive impact in the lives of children? We're looking for a dedicated professional to join our team and provide telehealth services in Texas.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse pediatric population, tailoring therapy to each child's unique needs. You'll collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, and specialists in Behavioral, Music, and Art Therapy. At a Glance:
Location: 100% remote (work from home)
Position Type: Part-time and Full-time opportunities; W2 and 1099 options available
Caseload Flexibility: Minimum of 10 hours per week
Availability: Evening and weekend availability preferred to align with client demand
Compensation: Starting at $57 per hour

Responsibilities:
Provide individual and family counseling, educating clients and caregivers on therapeutic strategies and mental health conditions
Develop, implement, and review treatment plans in collaboration with clients and families
Coordinate care with other treatment providers and placement agencies as needed
Communicate progress updates to caregivers, teachers, and medical professionals
Complete documentation in a timely and thorough manner to meet regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
A valid, state-issued professional counseling license
Strong understanding of a variety of mental health disorders and treatment modalities
Previous experience in mental health counseling or related fields
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency with computers, Zoom, and electronic medical records (EMR)
