Preventative Healthcare Advisor
Hourly Rate: $14 - $16 | Remote | Customer Service

About the Role
As a Preventative Healthcare Advisor, you will play a key role in educating and guiding callers about the benefits of early health screenings. You'll help our clients understand how these screenings can significantly improve their health by preventing and detecting chronic conditions early.
Your Responsibilities
Understand Health Needs: Collect and assess relevant health information from callers to identify their specific health risks.
Educate and Inform: Share the benefits of early screenings and how they can improve the quality and length of life by detecting health conditions before they become critical.
Consultative Sales: Use a consultative approach to recommend the most appropriate screening services, meeting individual needs while achieving sales goals.
Manage Appointments and Payments: Schedule health screenings and process payments over the phone.
Upsell Packages: Present and upsell additional screening packages based on health risks.
Secure Payment Plans: Ensure pre-paid screenings are booked, offering payment plans where necessary.
Qualifications & Requirements
Sales and Customer Service Experience: At least one year of experience in a customer service or call center environment, with a strong ability to engage in consultative sales.
Competitive Mindset: A drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
Tech Requirements: A minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload. Must be able to hard-wire into your internet router with a laptop (satellite and cellular hotspots are not compatible with our system).
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required (physical copy). Some college preferred.

Commission Earnings: Average commission of $600/month. Top performers can earn $1,800 - $2,500/month.
