Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Payroll Clerk located in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area. The Payroll Clerk will be responsible for payroll services, administration, management, handling payroll taxes, and basic accounting tasks on a day-to-day basis.

This is a strictly in person role, working in the office at total of 20 to 25 hours, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Payroll Management and Payroll Taxes knowledge (940 & 941 fillings)
• Basic accounting skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel (Quickbooks Desktop preferred)
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
• Previous experience in payroll or accounting preferred
• Associate's degree in Accounting or related field
