Sparkle Squad Window Cleaning is seeking part-time Window Cleaning Technicians to join our team, primarily on Saturdays (with potential for additional weekday hours, if desired). • Competitive Hourly Pay – Earn $18.50 - $21.50/hr plus tips and sales bonuses .

• Physically Capable – Comfortable working outside, standing, and moving around for several hours.
• Driver’s License (Preferred) – A Florida driver’s license is ideal for operating our fully equipped Sparkle van.

Key Responsibilities

1. Window Cleaning : Use our advanced water-fed pole system to safely clean windows up to 6 stories from the ground—no ladders needed!
2. Exterior Services : Assist with gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and soft washing.
3. Quality Control : Ensure windows are streak-free and exteriors are spotless.
4. Customer Interaction : Maintain friendly, professional relationships with clients, and let them know about our range of services.
5. Team Collaboration : Work alongside fellow technicians to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly Rate : $18.50 - $21.50 per hour.
• Additional Pay : Tips and sales bonuses.
• Benefits : On-site parking or carpooling options. (Pick-ups/drop-offs may be possible for students.)
