Job Title: Pega Engagement LeadThe Pega Engagement Lead will manage Pega delivery for a banking client, ensuring compliance with methodologies, leading distributed development teams, and overseeing governance and risk management. This role requires strong communication skills, expertise in Pega 8.x features, and Agile delivery leadership.
Position:1 Open Position (12-month contract, FTE possible after 6 months)
Responsibilities:The candidate should be proactive in identifying risks, have strong organizational skills, and effectively balance business requirements with technical capabilities.
Candidate Details:The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of leading Pega delivery projects, strong communication skills, and deep expertise in Pega methodologies and Agile project management.
