A prominent client is seeking a highly organized and adaptable Personal Assistant to provide full-time, high-level support to the Principal of their company.
This role demands an individual with exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate needs while maintaining confidentiality.
The Personal Assistant will work behind the scenes to ensure the Principal’s life is seamless, punctual, and productive. This multifaceted position combines elements of administrative support, personal shopping, event and travel planning, and household management.
Location: Onsite in Principal’s Home – West Los Angeles
Salary: Up to $150,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
Scheduling and Calendar Management
• Maintain and organize the Principal’s daily schedule to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Coordinate appointments with professional colleagues, stylists, celebrities, and family members.
• Send timely reminders to keep the Principal on schedule.
• Collaborate with the Executive Assistant and other staff to align calendars and appointments.
Event Planning and Coordination
• Plan and manage logistics for travel, press appearances, rehearsals, fittings, parties, family vacations, and other events.
Office Assistance
• Order supplies, coordinate meals, and prepare for corporate events as needed.
Household and Life Management
• Oversee household tasks such as paying bills, shopping, running errands, and liaising with vendors.
• Assist in organizing and hosting events at the Principal’s home.
• Handle packing and unpacking for the Principal’s travel.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or House Manager in a high-level support role.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Valid passport for potential travel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.
