Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 + Benefits & Relocation Package

• Evaluate and treat patients with a focus on pelvic health, tailoring care plans to their unique needs.
• Educate patients on their conditions, empowering them to manage and avoid recurring issues.
• Provide personalized, non-cookie-cutter treatment plans that adapt to each patient’s needs.
• Collaborate with a team of compassionate and skilled therapists to deliver exceptional care.
• Communicate effectively with patients and team members to foster trust and build lasting relationships.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current on industry-leading techniques.

• Licensed (or eligibility for licensure) to practice physical therapy in the State of Maryland.
• Interest or experience in treating pelvic floor patients (mentorship provided if new to this specialty).
• Commitment to continuing education and a desire to improve daily.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and connect with patients quickly.
• A team player who values open communication, collaboration, and a shared vision for success.
• Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates ready to move to Crofton, MD.
