Primary Role of This Position The
Power Pages Developer will d eliver impactful Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform solutions with a primary focus on Dynamics 365 Sales, Power Pages, and Power Automate, aligning with Kohl & Frisch's digital transformation goals. You’ll work across the development lifecycle, from analysis and design to development, testing, training, and implementation. Key responsibilities include configuring and customizing Power Pages for customer and vendor portals, enhancing engagement through seamless self-service and process automation. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address business and technical requirements, developing technical designs that support these goals.
As a core member of the development team, you’ll work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and IT professionals, leveraging Power Automate and Power Pages to streamline workflows and automate processes across the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Sales. Utilizing Azure and Dual Write (with D365 FO) services, you’ll integrate and extend platform capabilities to support Kohl & Frisch’s customer service and vendor management initiatives, ensuring a scalable, user-friendly solution.
Major Responsibilities - Strong background in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (specifically Power Pages), with both functional and technical expertise focused on Power Pages, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365 Sales
- Proven experience in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365, including forms, workflows, business rules, and plugins
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users, and the capacity to perform root cause analysis independently
- A self-motivated and proactive approach is essential to thrive in this role.
Education and Experience - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or a completed University Degree or College Diploma.
- Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, and Web API
- Integration with Azure (Logic Apps, Dual Write, Service Bus, Functions, etc.)
- HTML, CSS, and Liquid templates for Power Pages customization
- Broader Power Platform, including Power BI
- Agile project delivery methodologies and source control management systems
- Relevant certifications demonstrating Dynamics 365 and Power Platform expertise
