We are seeking a Program Quality Specialist - Early Intervention & Inclusive Practices who will oversee the implementation and evaluation of evidence-based practices, particularly Routines Based Interviews (RBI) and Reflective Coaching, in support of Maryland?s State Systemic Improvement Plan (SSIP). The candidate will work with leadership officials from the Maryland State Department of Education, administrators from local jurisdictions, and practitioners from those locations, to conceptualize, develop, deliver, monitor, and evaluate training in the RBI and Reflective Coaching that leads to the certification of participants in these evidence-based practices.
