Position: Project Consultant (Sales Representative)

Location: Remote – Must be local to the Wichita area.

Primary Tasks And Responsibilities

As a Project Consultant, you will:

  • Work directly with homeowners and insurance companies to assess property damage, determine the scope of repairs, and create bids and estimates.
  • Oversee each project from start to finish, ensuring the homeowner’s satisfaction and timely payment collection.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, production managers, and insurance representatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Canvassing and Appointment Setting: Proactively identify and engage potential customers in your local area.
  • Technology Utilization: Use company-provided tools to generate scope-of-loss or inspection reports.
  • Project Management: Act as a liaison between property owners, production managers, and insurance companies.
  • Production Oversight: Monitor project progress and quality, ensuring all work meets the homeowner’s expectations and the agreed scope.

Education And Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No prior experience with insurance or construction? No problem! We provide comprehensive training and the tools needed to succeed. We’re looking for individuals eager to learn, persuasive in communication, and driven to excel daily.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Pay Structure: Weekly pay. Starting rate depends on prior experience. Commission-based earnings with high potential.
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Disability insurance after 60 days as a full-time employee. 401(k) eligibility after one year.
