We are looking to fill our Project Coordinator position on our Implementation & Consulting team. The Project Coordinator will plan, manage, and follow projects to completion impacting the Enterprise including, but not limited to: Product Launches, Systems Implementations, Policy & Process Improvements, Information Security Initiatives, and IT initiatives. This role will also be available to gather requirements, track budgets, and communicate pertinent information with leadership and all Associates.

This position is a Hybrid role working in our Alpharetta, GA office.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage all project aspects from initiation through closure through adherence to the project schedule
• Develop & maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Schedule, plan, facilitate, and document all project meetings
• Maintain issue log and manage team to resolve any impediments
• Gather requirements to define scope, schedule, and budget
• Adhere to project constraints based on scope, schedule, budget
• Identify & analyze project risks, creating and executing mitigation plans where necessary
• Communicate project status to all stakeholders via status reports, etc.
• Complete and archive lessons learned artifacts
• Identify changes to constraints and process accompanying change request(s) for approval
• Use problem solving skills to accomplish project objectives
• Independently make informed decisions regarding project deliverables
• Initiate and manage project-oriented vendor relationships where applicable
• Obtain stakeholder buy-in and manage expectations effectively
• Manage more than one simple to moderately complex project concurrently
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certificates, licenses, and registrations required:
• Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite; Project Management Software; Diagramming Tools)

Other skills required:

• 1-3 years’ experience managing Enterprise-wide projects
