Safety Field Inspector- Trainer, PA

As a Safety Field Inspector , you will play a crucial role in ensuring field crews operate efficiently, professionally, and most importantly, safely. You’ll help uphold the company’s commitment to a secure work environment while mentoring and training team members on best practices. This is a Direct Hire position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site safety checks to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
• Complete detailed job site inspection forms and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor personal protective equipment (PPE) use and inventory.
• Perform vehicle inspections and review dash camera footage.
• Address and correct unsafe work practices in the field.
• Train and mentor field employees on safety protocols and best practices.

Expectations:

• Spend 80% of your time in the field, working in all weather conditions.
• Be available for occasional emergency on-call duties and some weekends.
• Confidently communicate with employees about safety concerns and enforce compliance.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, making quick and informed decisions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in safety inspections or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR check required).
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Formal safety training or certifications (OSHA or equivalent preferred).
• Strong ability to work independently and make game-time decisions under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
