Sales Manager, Semiconductor Technology - Permanent - Remote within US

For one of our clients, Proclinical are currently looking for a Sales Manager USA - Semiconductor Technology. This role can be performed 100% remotely.

The Sales Manager, Semiconductor Technology's responsibilities will be:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets within the American Multilayer Ceramic Capacitor (MLCC) Market
• Build strong customer relationships and establish strategic partnerships
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities in relevant market segments
• Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service
• Conduct market analyses and competitive studies to identify trends and growth opportunities
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure long-term customer retention

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in engineering, business administration, electrical engineering, or equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience
• Several years of experience in sales within the semiconductor industry or a technically driven environment
• An existing network with companies in the MLCC (Multilayer Ceramic Capacitor) sector
• Strong understanding of technological trends and the needs of the semiconductor industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills at all hierarchy levels
• Entrepreneurial mindset and high self-motivation to achieve targets
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to travel within the United States

Compensation:

• $137,000 to $140,000 per annum.
