The Role

As a Fast Track Sales Representative , you’ll start with hands-on training to build the skills for success. You’ll:

• Build relationships and grow your book of business through outbound calls
• Close deals and negotiate pricing to meet transportation needs
• Manage shipments to ensure timely delivery while resolving any challenges
• Deliver 24/7 service with a focus on trust and transparency

What You’ll Bring

• Recent college degree or equivalent drive to succeed
• Strong work ethic and determination to be the best
• Negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional service
• Prior sales experience is a plus but not required—we’ll teach you everything else!
