As the face of Sanders Collection, you will introduce potential customers to our product line and help bring new wholesale/retail customers on board.

• At least 2 years of proven success in inside sales, ideally in B2B industries.
• Highly motivated and results-driven, with a competitive edge.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to think critically and offer tailored solutions.
• Capable of building and maintaining relationships with senior decision-makers (business owners, CEOs, purchasing managers).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Cold call and prospect potential clients through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Guide clients through an extensive product line and various price points.
• Maintain detailed records in the CRM (Salesforce preferred) and ensure data accuracy.
• Participate in weekly/daily meetings with the manager for reviews and strategy updates.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals and KPIs.

• At least 2 years of inside sales experience with a track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Experience working with B2B clients and managing high-volume outreach.
• Experience in the textile, wholesale, or home furnishings industry is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

• Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year (commission-based). We work with you on a micro level to ensure you exceed your goals and earn above these numbers!
