Pay: $50 - $60 per hour / $2000 - $2400 per week

Schedule: We have several clients looking for licensed School Social Worker, specific schedule is based on the school and district you will be working with

• Weekends and holidays off

Position Details

Specialty: School Social Worker

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Valid Social Worker Certification and 310 Letter

Essential Functions :

• Serve as a team member for programs as assigned;
• Participate in the development of curriculum with particular emphasis on social-emotional behaviors;
• Provide referral and pre-referral consultation;
• Conduct an evaluation to discover social-emotional needs and use the findings in the development of a FBA or functional behavior assessment or Behavioral Intervention Plan;
• Conduct initial and three-year re-evaluations of students;
• Ensure that an effective treatment plan has been developed for each student served;
• Provide regular consultation to program staff and parents in matters pertaining to the social-emotional needs of students;
• Participate as a member IEP Team (Individualized Educational Planning Team)
• Maintain confidentiality
• Write appropriate present level of performance statements with current data.
• Provide appropriate documentation of programs of goals and objectives;
• Provide direct services to students and/or parents as described in the IEPT meeting report;
• Maintain, prepare and process the district’s required documentation, which includes but not limited to the following: Program data, Medicaid, student count, etc.
• . Maintain student records, student objectives, and security/inventory of equipment and materials according to identified system
• Meet specific performance objectives developed jointly with immediate supervisor;

7. Material Reimbursement : Reimbursement of $250.00 for any supplies purchased for your classroom
8. Professional Development : We offer a reimbursement of $500.00 towards professional development this can include: CEU’s, licensing fees, etc
