Job Description

• Semiconductor Fab Integration Manager.
• On-site 5-days a week in San Antonio, TX with some flexibility to work from home from time to time. Relocation assistance offered.
• Must be able to work in the United States without any visa restrictions, no exceptions.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

1. - 2 to 5 years of recent experience as a Integration Manager working for a Semiconductor company that is a manufacturer of physical chips for devices (Fab)
2. - Will consider candidates that have supervised a process integration team.
3. - Direct Process technology transfer experience. Device engineering, SiGe, and management/ownership roles.
4. - Experience leading a small team of 2-3 Engineers.
5. - Device Physics, Photonics device, Bipolar device
6. - Nanometers that apply to Client is 180nm, but 130nm and 65nm will suffice.
7. - IC, CMOS
8. - Process development/improvement with device background

Searching for an experienced Integration professional to manage a group of engineers supporting sustaining, yield improvement activities, process transfer, and development in a high-volume manufacturing fab located in San Antonio, TX. The fab in San Antonio is a growing manufacturing site, delivering specialty electronic devices for a wide range of applications with high quality, low cost, and excellent cycle times. The qualified candidate will be self-motivated, have strong technical and analytical skills, and possess a practical, hands-on approach to engineering problems. Prior experience with process flow setup and integration, device targeting, yield improvement, team leadership, and failure analysis are desirable.
