Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Coordinator at More Than Models in Portland, OR. The Talent Coordinator will be responsible for managing communication, providing exceptional talent and team support, offering administrative assistance, talent management, and onboarding processes. We are seeking motivated individuals looking to advance in their long term career goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance
  • Talent Management and Onboarding experience
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Excellent time management, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in event staffing or talent management is a plus
  • Bonus: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
