Job Summary: Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Long-Term Care unit. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN to provide high-quality care to our residents in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of residents’ care.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Ensure compliance with all facility policies and procedures as well as state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Previous experience in a long-term care or similar setting preferred.
Strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
