Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Freelance Video Producer/Writer II to join our creative team. This role is essential in producing high-quality video content, from concept development through to the finished product. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video production and storytelling, bringing innovative ideas to life through effective visuals and compelling narratives.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the internal production team to develop video concepts and scripts.Oversee the video production process including filming, editing, and post-production.Coordinate with talent, crew, and graphics team to ensure smooth production logistics.Conduct pre-production planning including scheduling, location scouting, and equipment needs.Direct shoots and manage the creative process on set to ensure the vision is executed as planned.Create engaging storyboards to visualize the narrative and flow of video content.Edit video content using Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere, AfterEffects, and Photoshop.Produce sizzle reels and training videos that meet client specifications.Travel as needed to various locations for shoots.QualificationsProven experience in video production and content creation.Strong skills in video filming, editing, and pre-production processes.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly Premiere, AfterEffects, and Photoshop.Experience in scriptwriting and storyboarding.Ability to coordinate and manage crew logistics including talent booking and scheduling.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
