Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable CDC General Warehouse Co-worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be comfortable with sitting, standing, and walking for the duration of their shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lift and handle products up to 50 pounds.
• Sit, stand, and walk throughout the shift.
• Work as a reliable and punctual team player.
• Use an RF scanner to pick orders and relocate products.
• Handle all inbound and outbound warehouse products (pick, unload, label, store).
• Maintain a clean and safe work area throughout the distribution center.
• Manage a high-volume workload while maintaining a high level of accuracy to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Operate a cardboard baler by placing cardboard in the baler and pressing a button to compress.

Job-Specific Capabilities:

• Ability to lift, sit, stand, and walk for the length of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication skills.
