Job Description

Our client, a luxury brand, is seeking a Watchmaking Technical Instructor to join their dynamic team. This role is based in our client's Dallas office and requires on-site attendance five days a week.

Job Duties Include:

• Ensure students receive necessary content, skills, and context to achieve success
• Present lesson plans clearly and in alignment with the ASSW curriculum
• Work with students to encourage participation and engagement in learning
• Document and communicate student’s progress effectively
• Leverage relevant content and tools when developing and delivering technical trainings
• Ensure that curriculum and lesson plans are adaptable to specific learning needs and goals
• Additional duties as needed and assigned

Job Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Degree/certification from accredited watchmaking school
• Experience with curriculum development
• Micromechanics experience
• Strong communication skills
• Relevant computer skills
• Excellent interviewing skills
• Watch repair and manufacturing experience

Salary: $84,970- $108,890 annually
