What You'll Do as a welder/fabricator: If you're passionate about custom steel fabrication and love working on unique projects, this is the place to be. Each day, you'll use your expertise to create quality products for our customers, using the best equipment in the industry to make each project a success.

What You'll Bring as a welder/fabricator:

* A commitment to working safely, with care for people, equipment, and the finished product
* Strong decision-making skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions
* Experience with crane rigging for large parts is a bonus
* Ability to read blueprints and fabricate complex structural steel projects
* Strong math skills
* Proficiency in MIG, Submerged Arc, Flux Core, and Gas Metal Arc welding
* Self-motivation and independence
* Prior AISC certification is a plus
* Minimum of 6 years of experience in shop fabrication
