Center Clinical Manager

Position Summary:

Under the general supervision of the Senior Regional Clinical Manager or Director, play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our day-to-day clinical service delivery in the Community Autism Services Center. The Center Clinical Manager (CM) is responsible for clinical oversight of all client-facing team members including behavior technicians, ABA supervisors, and Center Coordinators. The Center Clinical Manager represents CAS to community stakeholders and client families, establishing a strong reputation, rapport, and referral pipeline to operate at full capacity on an on-going basis.

Reports to: Senior Regional Clinical Manager

Location: Suwanee, GA (must have ability to travel as needed)

Pay: $95,000 - $115,00 per year

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain strong team member engagement and culture
• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the center
• Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, including schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for clients and families
• Promote the center’s services through outreach and community events to meet minimum growth requirements and establish mutually beneficial relationships with community entities (e.g., early intervention providers, doctor offices, parent organizations, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Regularly assess the physical environment to identify and remove any barriers to accessibility.
• Manage a team of Supervisors delivering ABA and all clinical activity around their caseloads
• Observe, review, mentor and provide feedback regarding implementation of services that are aligned with the agency’s Personalized Care Philosophy to ABA Supervisors, Behavior Technicians, and trainers
• Assist the Senior Regional Clinical Manager in region staff caseloads/referrals, training, and productivity management
• Meets weekly with the Senior Regional Clinical Manager to report on assigned team
• Assist in creation and implementation of center initiatives
• Overseeing and sustaining the cost center to ensure financial stability
• Monitor client programs including program goals, session notes, protocols/programs, teaching method, and data collection systems during field and 1:1 supervision
• Interface with designated parent, caregivers, and other related professionals to consult on client related issues
• Provide Supervisors and Behavior Technicians with performance feedback on areas of strength and need
• Support intake assessments, functional behavioral assessments, and ensures all reports are written within manner consistent with guidelines
• Conducts trainings for all levels of staff
• Ensures quality clinical service delivery by meeting all minimum oversight and management requirements
• Responsible for managing between 1,500-4,000 monthly billable hours
• Analyze and optimize clinic treatment outcomes
• Serve as a point of contact for team member inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures
• Assist in the recruitment process ,including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Oversee client and team member rosters to ensure center is full and has appropriate ratios to maintain consistent service hours for clients and teammates

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or PhD in Psychology or Related Field
• BCBA Certification required
• Proof of annual flu vaccination
• Pass DOJ Clearance
• Experience supporting Supervisors implementing ABA programs with individuals with, Intellectual / Developmental Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and other developmental disorders
• At least 3 years’ experience as a practicing BCBA treating children with autism
• Experience implementing and designing programs for child with an autism spectrum disorder using all established ABA methodologies

• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Ability to travel as required
• 3 years’ experience in a management role
