READYBAR™ is growing fast, and we need immediate contract help in food production. If you have experience in food science, food manufacturing, or baked goods production, we’d love to hear from you.
Location: Oakland, CA
Duration: Contract (2 weeks, with potential for more)
Pay: $25–$50 per hour (1099, based on experience)
Hours: 20 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Assist in small-batch food production
- Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients
- Help with shaping, packaging, and quality control
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Qualifications:
- Experience in food handling, food science, or baked goods production (preferred but not required)
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with recipes and measurements
- Ability to follow food safety guidelines
- Reliable, hardworking, and eager to help a growing small business
- Nice to have: Experience with protein bar production
- Military veterans are encouraged to apply

Contract Details:
- This is a 1099 independent contractor role. The contractor is responsible for their own taxes and does not receive employee benefits.
