Full time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Gotham Enterprises LTD is looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join in a private practice. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting mental health assessments, designing tailored treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions to clients of all ages. Your expertise is crucial for addressing family dynamics and driving positive change in our community.

Salary Range: $90,000 to $110,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Communicates with physicians to report patient progress, needs, concerns, and potential and actual problems.
• Consult and coordinate with family and/or support system regarding client treatment and discharge planning.
• Maintains accurate and timely records including clinical and progress notes according to department policy.
• Works closely with members of the health care team in the development of the plan of treatment, including discharge plans, based on the psychosocial assessment, and accepted social work interventions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active North Dakota state licensure as LMFT.

• You have 2 year or more of experience in providing counseling services.

• You are well-grounded in and knowledgeable in a variety of empirically supported psychotherapy treatment approaches including, but not limited to, cognitive and behavioral, postmodern/post-structural, social-constructionism, and narrative therapy.
• You have a commitment to providing exceptional client care and using client feedback to improve care.
• You are open minded desire to learn from other professional disciplines and knowledge bases as well as local knowledge of colleagues and families we serve.
