Job Description

Lighthouse Lab Services is seeking an experienced Molecular Lab Manager to join an expanding independent reference laboratory near Saint Petersburg, FL. We're looking for a highly skilled professional with expertise in operations management, NGS testing, and PGX testing to contribute to our dynamic team.

This is a full-time, Monday through Friday day shift position, offering the opportunity to be part of an innovative and growing lab environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day operations of the laboratory
• Ensure compliance with CAP and CLIA guidelines
• Perform day to day testing as needed
• Oversee the hiring process
• SME in PGX and NGS testing and validations
• Works independently and in collaboration with leadership to support the budget process and meeting key operational goals

Preferred Profile:

• Ph.D or Master's degree in related science
• Molecular Florida state supervisor license
• 6+ years of clinical laboratory experience
• Must have prior NGS and PGX testing experience

Salary and Benefits:
