Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced PPC Project Manager for our client, a digital marketing agency in Beaverton, OR !

What you will be doing:

• Lead and Optimize Paid Search Campaigns : Manage, optimize, and drive the performance of paid search campaigns across PPC, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms to ensure alignment with the company’s goals.
• Analyze Campaign Performance : Utilize Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other tools to track campaign metrics, evaluate performance, and make data-driven improvements to maximize ROI.
• Future Opportunity to Mentor and Lead the Paid Search Team : Oversee a team of paid search specialists, providing mentorship, setting objectives, and supporting individual growth within the team.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Marketing Teams : Work with other marketing teams to align paid search strategies with overall marketing objectives, ensuring consistency in the company's digital marketing initiatives.

What you will need:

• 3 - 4+ years of experience in paid search marketing
• Experience in the following:
• Launching new PPC campaigns and optimizing existing ones
• Analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions
• PPC and Paid Search
• Experience at the manager or director level
