We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality before they are released to the market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established quality standards
- Identify and report any quality issues or defects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
- Develop and maintain quality metrics to track performance
- Provide training and support to team members on quality assurance processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
