Focus GTS, a leading provider of IT staffing solutions, is dedicated to providing the ultimate experience connecting top talent with innovative companies. We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our dynamic team as a Sales Development Representative - SaaS.

About the Role:

This role involves high-volume phone calling to schedule appointments for our sales team. The position is hybrid-based in the Greater Miami area. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume calling environment. Experience in SaaS sales or related industries is highly preferred .

Responsibilities:

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to potential clients.
  • Identify decision makers and qualify leads based on specific criteria.
  • Schedule appointments between potential clients and our sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and appointments in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and maintain engagement.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide support.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve skills and stay updated on industry trends and company offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in SaaS Sales or Technology Sector - Proven track record of success in cold calling or lead generation within SaaS, software, or technology industries.
  • Strong Communication Skills - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey complex SaaS solutions in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Cold Calling Expertise - Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume outbound calls while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Lead Qualification Skills - Ability to identify decision-makers and qualify leads based on product fit and client needs.
  • Familiarity with Sales Tools - Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, Outreach) and sales engagement platforms.
  • Tech-Savvy Mindset - Proficiency in understanding SaaS products and explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Self-Motivation and Resilience - Persistent and adaptable in handling objections and rejection in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Education - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
