BS in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of the Association Industry.
3+ years of experience with iMIS or similar AMS.
Experience with RiSE and APA.
Solid understanding of ASI's core products or similar AMS.
Skilled in creating queries & reports (IQA, SSRS reports, Exago).
️ Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Quick learner and flexible in adapting to different customer cultures.
Self-starter and great team player.
Outstanding customer service dedication.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.Salary : $85,000 - $99,000 (based on experience) with opportunities for quarterly bonuses.
