About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Corporate Counsel with a focus on employment law to provide expert legal advice and counsel to its operations in the UK, EU, and Asia Pacific regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of employment law issues, including but not limited to, providing legal support on employee-related matters such as recruitment, benefits, conduct, and terminations. Additionally, the role involves offering legal guidance on complex employment disputes, M&A, and restructuring projects, as well as reviewing and drafting employment-related documentation. The ideal candidate should be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister with at least 4 years of post-qualification experience, possess excellent communication and drafting skills, and have a strong analytical and risk-spotting mindset.
Applicants for this role at the company should have a proven track record in managing external counsel, be adept at time management, and be able to work independently with a proactive approach. The role requires the ability to partner across teams, provide practical legal solutions, and a dedication to fostering an inclusive culture.
